Walking along the river valley in spring, I came upon a blooming tree. The blossoms was above me and looks as if it is suspended in the greenery.
Catching the noon sun on new spring leaves with a luscious background of pink blossoms. the background is blurred to look like a dreamy painting.
The simple beauty of an aspen forest in fall takes in to attainable depth.
At sunset, a frosted leaf hangs on its stem, waiting to be blown away by the cold of winter. The stained glass like background holds the leaf. Colors are edited.
To my surprise, this looks like an Emily Carr painting, The light, shining on the birch at dusk, captured a slight distortion of shape. This is one of my favorites.
I came upon a field while kyacking down the Sturgeon River one fall afternoon. There, in the field, many of these huge magnificent being like bales, sit and wait to be photographed.
